The LibSat service consists of two primary components.
The first is the online (and paper-based) surveys that are custom designed for Public Libraries.
This demonstration is an actual online representation of the customer satisfaction survey.
Note: The example questions in this online demonstration are
presented dynamically to minimize survey completion times and
maximize response relevance. As such, you only need to answer
questions that are relevant to your situation.
The second part consists of the online back-end services that are restricted to LibSat subscribers. The secure Customer Portal provides customers with access to important information relating to their subscription service, including all of the reports for analyzing survey results.
