Macromedia Flash Files

The following Macromedia Flash files are available for your use.  You must have a Flash plug-in for your browser to view the Flash (.swf) file and must have a compatible development environment to use the Flash source (.fla) file.

Macromedia Flash Borderless, Transparent Overlay Ad
A demonstration of this type of Ad can be seen at http://www.countingopinions.com/SplashPage/. This borderless, transparent, overlay Ad, features animation.  This form of "pop-up" ad is hard to miss, and only occupies some of the real estate on your web page for a short period of time. The example uses the Macromedia Flash (see the files for this example below, and View Source the demonstration page to see the example HTML code. This new approach is a good alternative to dedicated splash pages, which force users to select an option before continuing on to your web site.  This may be an approach that you will want to add into your survey promotion mix.

Pre-made Buttons and Banner Ads available for use on Library Customer web sites.

There are two (2) ways to use these images. 

(1) One way is to copy the images to your web server, and use on your website as you would any other image.  You can make a copy, while hovering over an image, on a PC use the <CTRL><C> combination or click the Right-Mouse button and choose the Copy option.  Then you can Paste the results where you want the image stored.

(2) You can also just refer to the images stored on the Counting Opinions website. To use any image on your web site just copy the correspondent HTML code to the appropriate location on your web page(s).  To copy the text, just drag your mouse over the text to highlight it, then on a PC use the <CTRL><C> combination or click the Right-Mouse button and choose the Copy option.  Then you can past the text into the target web page.

NOTE: You can remove the <a href></a> tag or change the www.yourwebsitename.xxx/ part of the HREF to the appropriate name for the target website, directory and survey introduction web page.  Our Library partner's are all provided with an address for their survey introduction page, as follows:
